A: Make It Returnable is an optional add-on available at checkout for Final Sale items. It provides a 7-day return window on items that would otherwise be non-refundable. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Seel will buy it back for 100% of the purchase price you paid.

Q: What is the Make It Returnable policy?

  • Applies only to eligible Final Sale items.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued via Venmo, PayPal, direct deposit, or gift card (your choice).
  • Available for orders shipping to the United States and Canada only.
  • If your entire order is cancelled, the Make It Returnable fee will be refunded. For partial cancellations, the fee is not refunded.

  • Pending – Claim submitted, under review.
  • Approved – Verified; Seel will issue compensation.
  • Rejected – Claim did not meet coverage criteria.
  • Closed – Claim has been resolved.
