e HOLIDAY ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY
Your gift was just not right for you? We've got your back. Effective from Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, online purchases made between December 1st and December 31th, 2021, may be exchanged until January 15th, 2022, free of charge.
HOLIDAY ONLINE ORDER REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy remains unchanged. You have 15 days after the delivery date of your order to request a refund. However, for items bought in December 2021 with a refund requested outside the two weeks after delivery date, we provide online credit until January 15th 2022. Make sure your return request is made the latest January 15th, 2022 to be eligible for an online credit (final sale excluded).
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ may be exchanged only based on stock availability. We do not refund final sale items at all, you may receive a credit in the form of a gift card.
STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased in our stores between December 1st, 2021 and December 31th, 2021 can be exchanged until the 15th of January, 2022 (included). No refunds, store credit only. No store credit for items marked Final Sale, we offer exchanges depending availability.
OUTLET PURCHASES EXCHANGE POLICY
Products bought at an Outlet can only be exchanged at the same point of purchase. No refunds. No exchanges on items marked 'Final Sale' or 'Sample Sale'. Holiday policy as described above is valid for outlet store as well.

FED EX SERVICE
All orders on a standard service in Canada are delivered by FedEx Economy. We will send you a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become active on the website of Fed Ex.
Orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days, delivered Monday to Friday between 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. We recommend ordering in advance to provide for any unforeseen delays and to ensure a delivery on time.
For Christmas gifting, we strongly recommend online ordering prior to December 13th ,for orders with an East Coast shipping address, and December 11th for orders with a West Coast shipping address, so that your package may arrive in time for Christmas Day.
Please note, there are no deliveries on Christmas Day (December 25th) or New Years Day (January 1st).
GIFTING ONLINE ORDERS
Please note, we do not currently offer a designated gift wrapping, gift messaging or gift receipt service for online orders.
GIFT WRAPPING IN OUR STORES
Gift receipts as well as gift boxes are available in stores.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY HOLIDAY SALES
At all times and for both in store and online purchases, we allow price adjustments for up to 7 days following the order date in the form of a credit note, in the event of a subsequent mark down. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ and 'Sample' are excluded.
For store-purchased items, please visit the store with your receipt and our store associates will provide you with a store credit (valid for in-stores purchases in Canada only).
For online orders, please direct your request with order number and a scan of the invoice to our customer service department via email@example.com. We will provide you with a promo code that may be applied to future orders (online only). Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are excluded.
