Returns & Exchanges

For Online Orders

RUDSAK’s ultimate goal is for you to fall in love with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request your return or exchange via your account at RUDSAK.com, or, when you’ve checked out as a guest, directly via our Returns and Exchanges Center.

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ may be exchanged only based on stock availability. Please direct your request to our Customer Service team  with ATTN: FS Exchange, order number and desired size.

Conditions for returns and exchanges for online orders:

We will gladly accept the return or the exchange of your items under the following conditions:

A return or exchange request for your order needs to be made within 15 days of your delivery date. Any delays from the side of RUDSAK in the processing of your request will not affect your 15-day return period.

After submitting your return request, you will automatically receive a shipping label via email. This label is valid for 14 days from the date of emission. If your order is not shipped back to us within 14 days, we consider the sale as final. No refund or exchange can be made after.

Products need to be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, returned with their original tags attached and packaging.

merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style, in a different size.

If we do not have the stock available for your exchange, we will proceed with a refund, free of charge.

Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged by mail. We currently do not offer returns nor exchanges in-store.

Final Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges depends on availability.

All care products, masks, face coverings and gift cards cannot be returned nor exchanged.

RUDSAK reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If shipped anyway, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

How to request a Return or Exchange:

Please log in to your account on RUDSAK.com, this way you can follow the processing of your return. Or, in case you don’t have an account, request your return directly via our Returns and Exchanges Center.

Specify if you are requesting a return or an exchange for the relevant products in your order. In the case of exchanges, let us know which size you would need.

Merchandise in your order which, according to policy, cannot be returned or exchanged, will not be available for selection.

In the unfortunate case where you find a product damaged in the shipment, please leave a note on the last page of the return request to inform us on the damage that you have found.

Kindly confirm your exchange or return when asked to do so. The system will automatically send you a confirmation and a return shipping label.

The return label will be valid for 14 days from the date of emission. If you do not ship your return within those 14 days, your order will be considered final and no refund or exchange can be made.

Your refund or exchange request should be processed within the next 10 business days, after we have received the merchandise in our warehouse.

Any delays from the side of RUDSAK in processing your return or exchange do not affect your 15-day return period.

How to ship your Return or your Exchange:

Place the products in their original packaging.

Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. It can also be printed at the shipping carrier’s location with the return ID number on the return label.

Drop your package at the nearest Canada Post location, this is free of charge. You can choose to book a home or work pick-up, but then additional charges are applicable.

Our Exchange & Refund Process for Online orders:

Refunds:

Upon reception of your return package, the refund will be processed within the following 10 days.

Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

You will be notified by e-mail once the refund has been done. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account (up to 10 business days).

Shipping costs for returns are covered by RUDSAK.

Exchanges:

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed within 10 days.

You will be notified by email when your new item has been shipped, accompanied by your tracking number.

If the product received is damaged without an explanation in the return request, the package will be returned to the sender without any exchange.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by RUDSAK.

Our IN-STORE exchange policy

Purchases made in-store can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase date. Please note, we do not give refunds, store credit notes only.

Returned merchandise must include a verifiable RUDSAK receipt, original packaging and tags. The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered. For shoes and boots, the box must also be returned in its original condition.

All care products, masks and face coverings and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

Underwear and swimwear are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.

Final sale items cannot be credited.

We currently do not offer exchanges in-store, items purchased online can only be exchanged by mail.

RUDSAK reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion.

Gift policy

If you are dissatisfied with merchandise that you’ve bought or received as a gift (at regular price), the item can be exchanged for an identical or comparable item, or, for a credit note in the form of a gift card within 15 days of the original purchase date. The item can be exchanged at any RUDSAK store location accompanied by the original gift receipt.

Online FINAL SALE Exchange policy

Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style in a different size,  and depending availability. Please direct your request to our Customer Service team  with ATTN: FS Exchange, order number and desired size.

No refunds will be made for Final Sale merchandise.

The exchange request needs to be made within 15 days of your delivery date.

Products must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

If we do not have the stock available for your Final Sale exchange, we will find a solution with you in the form of another product.

RUDSAK reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If so, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

On Canada Post claims

Due to the Covid situation, Canada Post has changed their regulations. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event of an order getting misplaced during shipment, please be aware that we’re not allowed to open a claim at Canada Post until 3 weeks after delivery date. The process time of a claim is 2-4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
