Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be exchanged or refunded.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
We will gladly accept the return or the exchange of your items under the following conditions:
- A return or exchange request for your order needs to be made within 15 days of your delivery date.
- To qualify for free return shipping you must use the Rudsak return portal. Returns that are shipped without using the return portal will not be reimbursed.
- Once you have requested a return, you will receive a shipping label via email within 48hrs. The label will be valid for 14 days from the date it was issued. If you do not ship your order back to us within this timeframe, your return request will be canceled automatically
- Please note, after you've requested an exchange we can't edit your request into a refund later.
- Products need to be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, returned with their original tags attached and packaging.
- Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style, in a different size.
- If we do not have the stock available for your exchange, we will proceed with a refund
- Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged by mail. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges in-store.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

- Specify if you are requesting a return or an exchange for the relevant products in your order. In the case of exchanges, let us know which size you would need.
- Merchandise in your order which, according to policy, cannot be returned or exchanged, will not be available for selection.
- It is important to note that a single return request cannot be used for multiple orders, and all orders that require a return must be shipped separately with several return requests. They cannot be shipped together in the same box.
- In the unfortunate case where you find a product damaged in the shipment, please leave a note on the last page of the return request to inform us about the damage.
- Kindly confirm your exchange or return when asked to do so. The system will automatically send you a confirmation and a return shipping label.
- The label will be valid for 14 days from the date it was issued. If you do not ship your order back to us within this timeframe, your return request will be canceled automatiquely
- Your refund or exchange request should be processed within the next 5 business days, after we have received the merchandise in our warehouse.
HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
It is important to note that a single return request cannot be used for multiple orders, and all orders that require a return must be shipped separately with several return requests. They cannot be shipped together in the same box.
Place the products in their original packaging.
Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. It may also be printed at the shipping carrier’s location with the return ID number on the return label.
Drop your package at the nearest Fed Ex location, Fed Ex location, this is free of charge. You can choose to book a home or work pick-up, as well by phone 1-800-GOFedEx or online.
Items purchased online may only be exchanged by mail. We currently do not offer exchanges in-store
OUR EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCESS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
REFUNDS ONLINE ORDERS:
Upon reception of your return package, the refund will be processed within the following 7 days. Please allow an extra 7 days for your banking institution to debit your account.
Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
You will be notified by e-mail once the refund has been done. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account (up to 10 business days).
Shipping costs for returns are covered by RUDSAK.
EXCHANGES ONLINE ORDERS:
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed within 7 days.
You will be notified by email when your new item has been shipped, accompanied by your tracking number.
If the product received is damaged without an explanation in the return request, the package will be returned to the sender without any exchange.
OUR IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Purchases made in-store may be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date. No refunds, store credit notes only.
Returned merchandise must include a verifiable RUDSAK receipt, original packaging, and tags. The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered. For shoes and boots, the box must also be returned in its original condition.
All care products and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or credited.
Underwear and swimwear are final sales and cannot be exchanged or credited.
Final sale items cannot be credited.
We currently do not offer exchanges in-store for items bought online. Items purchased online may only be exchanged by mail.
OUTLET PURCHASES EXCHANGE POLICY
Products bought at an Outlet can only be exchanged at the same point of purchase. No refunds.
RUDSAK reserves the right to authorize all exchanges
GIFT POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with merchandise that you’ve bought or received as a gift (at regular price), the item may be exchanged for an identical or comparable item, or, for a credit note in the form of a gift card within 15 days of the original purchase date. The item can be exchanged at any RUDSAK store location accompanied by the original gift receipt. Outlet items can be exchanged at outlet stores only.
ONLINE FINAL SALE POLICY
Please note that all items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
ON FEDEX CLAIMS
Please be aware that in the unfortunate event of an order getting misplaced during shipment, please be aware that we’re not allowed to open a claim at FED EX until 1 week after the delivery date. The processing time of a claim is 2-4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
