Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been placed, it will be added to your RUDSAK account under My Order Status. If you placed an order using a Guest account, you will receive your order details by e-mail.

During checkout, customers can choose one of two shipping options:

FedEx Express:

  • Please be informed that for orders totaling less than $200.00, a shipping fee of $8.95 + tax will be applied.
  • This service is available to all provinces and territories in Canada.
  • Delivery takes 2-4 days (once shipped). Remote areas might take a day or two longer. For more information, please visit our Shipping page.
  • We require the customer's signature for delivery.
  • If there is nobody home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your door and the package will be sent to a nearby location where you can pick it up at your convenience.
  • To check on the status of a shipment, please enter your tracking number on the FedEx website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active before checking the status of the shipment.
