Shipping

All Canadian orders processed by rudsak.com are delivered using FedEx shipping services.

Each order is provided with a unique tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracker to become active, before checking the status of the shipment. 

During checkout, customers can choose one of two shipping options:

FedEx Economy:

- This service is available to all territories and provinces in Canada.
- Delivery takes 2-4 business days after the order has been processed.
- We require the customer's signature for delivery.
- All orders qualify for free shipping with FedEx.
- If there is nobody home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your door and the package will be sent to a nearby location where you can pick it up at your convenience.

UBER Same Day Delivery

- This service is only available for selected products and orders with the delivery address on Montreal Island.
- We charge $10 for this service.
- Your order needs to be in before 3pm, in order for us to be able to deliver the same day. 
- You may follow your shipment in the Uber app, once it's been fulfilled.

Please note that during holiday periods or special events, including our VIP Event, deliveries can take up to 10 business days. Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.

To check on the status of an order’s shipment, please enter your tracking number on the FedEx's website.
