Shipping
All Canadian orders processed by rudsak.com are delivered using FedEx shipping services.
Each order is provided with a unique tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracker to become active, before checking the status of the shipment.
During checkout, customers can choose one of two shipping options:
FedEx Economy – Canada-Wide Shipping
FedEx Economy shipping is available across all provinces and territories in Canada.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for East Coast orders and 5–7 business days for West Coast orders, once shipped. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
All orders qualify for free shipping with FedEx Economy, and a signature is required upon delivery.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left, and your package will be redirected to a nearby pickup location for your convenience.
Please note: During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or special promotions like our VIP Event, delivery times may be extended and can take up to 10 business days.
To check on the status of an order’s shipment, please enter your tracking number on the FedEx's website.
