Shipping policy

Orders may require up to 7 business days to process before shipment, and additional processing delays may occur during high-volume periods. Tracking updates begin once the carrier scans the package. Shipping is $9.95 + tax on orders under $500, and free on orders of $500+. In Canada, we ship primarily via FedEx Ground (and OBIBOX in select regions). After shipment, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for most regions, 5–7 business days for Western provinces, and may require an additional 1–2 business days for remote or rural areas. For FedEx shipments valued at $300+, a direct signature is required; orders under $300 do not require a signature. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended due to peak periods or weather disruptions. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.
