FAQ Shipping

Will I receive a tracking number?

When your order is shipped, depending on your shipping method, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. In the meantime, you may follow your order status via your account.

How long does shipping take?

Our FedEx Ground shipping option typically takes 2–4 business days for East Coast deliveries and 5–7 business days for West Coast deliveries, once the order has shipped. Remote areas might take a day or two longer. For more information, please visit our Shipping page.

Why hasn’t my order been shipped?

Normally, orders are shipped within 3 business days. We'll update you within 5 days of the order date in case your order incurs a delay, or if it's out of stock and we'll need to refund you. If your order hasn't shipped after 8 days, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-5-RUDSAK so we can follow up for you.

What are the shipping options?

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, which typically delivers within 2–4 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days. For customers in the Montreal area and on select products, additional delivery options may be available at checkout.. Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to be able to offer our products to the UK and Europe in the near future.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, there is a shipping fee of $9.95 + taxes. Additionally, return shipments are also free of charge.

I've received a damaged item, what do I do?

Our goal is to provide you with a flawless shopping experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by your order not arriving in optimal condition. To help us keep track of the issue, please share a clear image of the problem along with your order number through our messenger or email at the earliest. We are committed to making it right and will promptly send you a replacement item. To initiate the process, please visit our Returns  Center to request a return shipping label. 

I haven’t received my shipment, can you help?

Please email us at service@rudsak.com mentioning your order number and your question.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

If your order is $300 or more, a signature will be required at delivery. This is called Direct Signature, which means anyone at your shipping address can sign for the package.

If your order is under $300, no signature is required. Your package will be left at the shipping address you provided.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

For orders $300 and over (Direct Signature): If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or may leave a notice with further instructions.

For orders under $300: The carrier will leave your package at the delivery address.

Who is responsible for the package once it’s delivered?

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure and monitoring your tracking updates.

Will I be refunded for return shipping fees if I pay for my own shipping method?

To qualify for free return shipping you must use the Rudsak return portal. Returns that are shipped without using the return portal will not be reimbursed.
