At RUDSAK, we are committed to delivering your order with care, precision, and reliability.
Below is an overview of our fulfillment and delivery process within Canada.
Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue for preparation and quality control.
Orders require a fulfillment period of up to 7 business days prior to shipment.
During this stage:
- Your order is prepared and verified
- A shipping label is created
- Tracking may display “Ready” or “Confirmed”
This indicates your package has been prepared and is awaiting carrier pickup.
It does not mean the package has already been collected.
Tracking updates will begin once the carrier has scanned the shipment.
Carrier & Delivery
Canadian orders are primarily delivered via FedEx Ground, and in select regions, via OBIBOX.
Delivery timelines begin once your package has been collected and scanned by the assigned carrier.
FedEx Ground (Canada)
Estimated delivery after shipment:
- 2–4 business days for most regions
- 5–7 business days for Western provinces
- 1–2 additional business days for remote or rural areas
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or due to weather conditions.
OBIBOX (Select Regions)
For eligible areas, delivery may be fulfilled by OBIBOX, which offers a premium hand-to-hand delivery service.
- The courier will deliver your package directly to you in person.
- If preferred, you may select a safe drop option in advance through the OBIBOX tracking link.
If no safe drop preference is selected and delivery cannot be completed in person, additional delivery attempts may be required.
Signature Requirements
Orders $300 and Over (FedEx)
For orders valued at $300 or more shipped via FedEx, a Direct Signature is required upon delivery.
If no one is available:
- FedEx will attempt redelivery, or
- A delivery notice will be left with further instructions
Orders Under $300
For orders under $300 shipped via FedEx:
- No signature is required
- The package may be left at the delivery address provided
After Delivery
Once your order is marked as delivered by the assigned carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
From that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we recommend:
- Confirming that your delivery location is secure and accessible
- Monitoring tracking updates to anticipate your delivery window
- Notifying your concierge or reception if applicable
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived beyond the standard fulfillment and delivery window, we recommend:
- Reviewing your tracking link
- Confirming your shipping address
- Checking with neighbors or building management
