How do I return an online purchase?
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Centre and complete the form.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step instructions to send your item back to us.
How do I return my store purchase?
Purchases made in-store may be returned for store credit only. For assistance, we invite you to visit your nearest RUDSAK boutique.
Can I return my online purchase in-store?
At this time, online purchases can only be returned by mail. We are working to expand our return options in the future. For now, if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Experience team at service@rudsak.com.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I want a refund for an online purchase?
No — RUDSAK offers complimentary returns for online orders. A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved through our Returns Center.
I’m having trouble submitting a return request — can you help?
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.
If you’re experiencing technical issues or need assistance, please contact our Customer Experience team at service@rudsak.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll be happy to assist you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, sale items can be returned for a refund. Please note, items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
