What kind of warranty does RUDSAK offer?

 

All RUDSAK products are backed by a One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

 

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty applies to issues such as:
• Seams or stitching coming apart
• Hardware (zippers, snaps, buttons) malfunctioning
• Material defects that affect performance or appearance

It does not cover:
• Wear and tear, accidents, or misuse
• Damage from improper care
• Stains, pilling, fading, or alterations not done by RUDSAK

 

How do I request a warranty evaluation?

Please contact our Aftercare team with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

What happens once I submit a claim?

We always aim to repair your item first—this is part of our commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability.
If a repair is possible, we’ll coordinate it at no cost. If the item can’t be repaired, a credit for the original purchase value will be issued.

 

How long does the process take?

Claims are typically assessed within 7–10 business days. If eligible, repairs may require additional time depending on availability of parts.

 

What if my item is no longer under warranty?

Even if your warranty has expired, we’ll do our best to help with care tips or repair suggestions.
