SCHEDULE

Sales associates at stores are available to take your curbside pick-up order from Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 AM to 2:00PM.

 

Our Customer Service Team is always here to assist you via phone at 1-888-578-3725 on weekdays from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and Saturday from 11AM to 3PM.

How do I reserve an item I want?

Call the store of your preference to see if the item is available. The store associate will schedule a pickup time depending on your preference.

Where do I pay for my order?

Payment will be collected at the store at the time of pickup. Your pickup and payment will occur at the pickup station, near the front of the store.

 

At this time, we only accept debit or credit card transactions.

Where do I wait for my order?

The store associate will guide you towards a designated area outside of the mall to process the payment and bring you the reserved item.

How long will my items be reserved?

Your order will be reserved by the store manager/associate until the end of the scheduled pickup date. If the item isn’t purchased within that day, it will be available for purchase by others.

Where can I return my order?

Orders can only be returned in stores within 14 days of purchase. Please review our in-store return policy here.
